This modern home, surrounded by rolling prairie and mature trees, was built for a young family who had outgrown their traditional Tudor home. They were looking for a bright and airy space with beautiful views and a casual, down-to-earth vibe. Lofty white walls and oversized windows paired with whitewashed oak flooring give the home a California coastal quality. With a beautiful pool just steps away, the design team created a cocktail area just off the kitchen, perfect for indoor-outdoor entertaining. Playful cabinet colors, bold tile choices, and black metal accents provide contrast and interest.
