This architect-designed lake cabin in Northern Wisconsin served its purpose for a growing family since the 1980s, becoming the central location for decades of family gatherings, 4th of July celebrations, and hosting friends. As their children have grown and the clients look ahead to a home that will host gatherings of multiple generations, they asked us to remodel the cabin in a way that preserves its unique architectural character while enhancing the main purpose of their home – making memories with family and friends while connecting with the beauty of the lake setting.
